VTech V.Smile TV Learning System Review

I love the v-smile. We have had it for like 2 years or so now. Here's what I loved about it:

1.  Educational games aren't usually this fun.
2. The look and act like a real video game.
3. It is easy for little hands to manipulate.
4. I was acctually amazed by looking at the back of the games by how much it acctually teaches them. Everything from simple letter recognition to planets and nutrition.
5. They learn without knowing that they are learning anything. All that they know is that they are earning points.
6. Games are in characters that they already love like Dora, Diego, Thomas the train, Spiderman, Brats & more.
7. Games are so cool that you even want to play. So no doubt older siblings will want to try it.

What I don't like is:

1. The games are pretty expensive, but you can sometimes find them on sale.
2. When you are dealing with a family member who doesn't know what v-smile is and you explain it to them they tend to look in the electronics section. Because that's where video games usually are. But the people in the electronics section haven't even heard of it.
