VTech V.Smile TV Learning System Review

TheVTech V.Smile TV Learning System is a game system for little ones not quite old enough for the big kid video games.

  I bought The VTech V.Smile Learning systemfor my daughters about 5 years ago.  I was not happy about having to purchase an adapter and extra controller in addition to the system.  Anyhow, my girls played the games and had fun doing so.  A month or so later all the problems started.  First off a few of the games just didn't work anymore.  The ones that did work had to be restarted over and over again so many times that my girls lost interest.  A few months later the system just gave out and never worked again.  It worked for a total of 3 months.  After spending over $100 on the system, extra controller, adapter plug, and a number of games it was done and my girls were very upset. 

About 5 years later (a few months ago) my son asked for the VTech V.Smile Learning Systemand received it as a gift for his birthday.  Wouldn't you know it, we had the exact same problems as last time.  I thought that after 5 years that they would have improved the system.  Here it is 3 months later and the system does not work.  The system is not at all durable.

In my opinion the VTech V.Smile Learning System is not worth the money.
