The Vtech Dect 6.0 was not a product that I purchased. I had talked with my husband for several weeks about needing to get a new cordless phone as our old one was wearing out. I have gone through a lot of phones over the years and VTech has turned out to be the best. I can put someone on speaker phone and cook at the some time and that is a plus in my household. If you don't want to use the speaker then it has a plug in for head phones. The buttons are very self explanatory and the direction are easy to understand. I had no problems understanding how to use my new VTech phone when I first purchased it. It stores up to 50 incoming numbers on the caller ID and also records the time and date the calls came in. The VTech Dect 6.0 is easy to use.  It is clear and no interference.  It has all the options and a nice light phone.  When it is lost in the house this phone has been the easiest to find with the page button.  It does not shut off if you don't find it right away it keeps beeping until you do.  When someone leaves a message it is clear and no static.  You can change the ring tone and you can add a name so when they call it is personalized. ie: grandma etc.    Out of all the phones we have ahd this is probably one of the best ones so far.   The other nice thing is, the extra phone with...
