I bought this set, brought it home, hooked it up, and it worked fine. For about 2 months. Then things started going downhill. The second handset just stopped working, no warning, nothing. Changed the battery, no go. Called 800 number, sorry take it back to the store, ok.  Took it back to the store, sorry after 30 days it's the manufacturers responsibility. Called 800 number again, the guy was rude and in the end proved unhelpful. So we were down 1 handset but kept using the main base and that handset. It was fine for a couple more months then it started getting really staticy and nearly impossible...

While the product was easy to set up and use, it often did not work well.  It hasd  difficulty charging  and I often missed calls due to the phone not working.
