So now that i decided to write a review i founded the same people with the same situation! I should read their bad experience before. So i was charged £90 for booking. I never got the car just because they accept ONLY credit card. No option of debit card. (Usually its perfectly accepted always). Now, be prepared to loose £90 just in few clicks. Its not much but still ridiculous to pay without getting any service. Can't give 0 stars, no option for it.

Avoid at all cost this company. I bkg a car 3 months ago and when i arrived at the airport, they told me the bkg never came to the rental car company. I have the bkg confirmation but the rental car company don't.... Of course they charge me their fees at the moment of the bkg and i am still waiting for the reimbursement. If you like to stay at the airport whiteout a car, use them....

If you are from North America, Australia and many other countries outside Europe and you rent a car through VIPCars you'll lose your money without getting the service you paid for. After declining the VIPCars reservation, the rental car company cancelled it, and they told me to contact VIPCars to get my deposit back which I promptly did. To the 3 emails I sent, I got an unVIP treatment, and a point blanc refusal to give me my money back, even if I have not received the service I have paid for. The reason they gave me was, cit.: "We would also like to inform you that we are unable to refund the booking amount as the booking time has already passed." It wasn't. The rental car company cancelled the reservation at the time that was mentioned on the voucher. It's certain that VIPCars are deliberately using this schema to deceit their customers from North America, take their money and then decline to reimburse them for the service that has not been provided. I'm sure that happed to others, so if you don't want to happen to you, please do yourself a favour and stay away from VIPCars.

I tried to redeem a voucher I had from a previous rental and was told I can only use roughly 10% of the value for the new rental car. Nowhere on the voucher it states that, neither was I made aware of that when they offered me this voucher in the first place. I will be contacting the Better business bureau about this and strongly discourage anyone from doing business with broker.

Be on your guard. When I picked up my car, I said I didn't want to pay the (ridiculously extortionate) collision damage waiver insurance. The lady at point of pickup said 'no problem at all'. But she added it on anyway. €88 extra. And even that doesn't remove all your liability; still leaves you on the hook for €250 excess. (You can buy your own collision damage waiver from a third party for 100% of the excess for £12). My fault for taking the lady at her word and not checking the paperwork. But they get bad review from me for lying and profiteering.
