My husband and I love this stuff and feel like we are cheating by getting some veggies and fruits in this way. We lead very busy lives, so cutting some corners helps. We do try to get fresh fruits and vegetables in on their own, but some days this covers some of it. It is a bit costly for me and we go through them so fast, but I always try and buy when they are on sale or I have a coupon. Have to make the budget stretch BUT this product is on the worthy list each time!
