If you're taking vitamin supplements that are not made by USANA, you have to stop now and start taking vitamin supplements made by USANA. Why? A 3rd party independent study is published every year, which evaluates more than 1,600 vitamin supplements in North America. Usana is only available at their website from what I understand. Many people find the need to work with their site annoying but eventually you get used to it and or set up an auto ship and forget all about it. Don't be put off by it, it's worth a try. — I have been sensitive to supplements in the past with stomach upset. Plus sometimes I just wasn't sure they were doing anything.
