The reset was a product I used to use. I will have to admit when I skipped my meals to replace it with the reset kit's shakes it was kind of tough since I have a high metabolism, which I would still be hungry. I only used the reset to be healthier and get all the bad toxins. My boyfriend and I would motivate each other by using the reset kit at the same time to keep each other in check. We weren't fat or overweight in any means but just wanted to be healthier. Out of the Usana products I tried I loved the Procosa II, body cream, reset and the hand cream. I gave the reset and other products listed above as gifts to my family and friends. During my pregnancy, I still used the Procosa II and still use it. I haven't used the reset kit in years. I would recommend the reset kit and the other products I listed above. They are very effective and trustworthy. But of course, everyone is different so it might or might not work for everyone. The shakes are tasty my favorite flavor was chocolate. And the key was to place ice cubes or ice chips.

A while back, I tried out a Usana Reset Kit, which had supplies for 5 days including shakes, bars, and vitamins. At first, I was a little skeptical with the claims that came along with it, saying that you could lose 5-10lbs in 5 days, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. I have to say that it was definitely hard in the beginning because you couldn't eat anything but the shakes, bars and vitamins that were included, but as the days progressed, I got use to it. By the end of the 5 days, I lost about 5lbs :D That might not seem like much, but considering that was 5lbs of waste out of my system, I think that's a pretty huge difference. The thing with the Reset kit is that it helps to detoxify your system, so it doesn't necessarily help you lose weight in terms of fat but in terms of the waste in your body. However, they do have an extended plan for if you do want to lose weight and/or maintain your weight. Immediately after doing the Reset kit, I craved healthy foods. I didn't have that deep craving for foods like fried chicken, and french fries anymore. Of course I wanted to eat some of that still but I could resist those cravings better after the kit. I definitely recommend the kit to those who want to and/or need to clean out their system, especially for the older folks who are also at great risk for colon cancer.
