I have owned shirts from urban outfitters in the past, and so I was looking for some new clothes on their website recently. The site was extremely easy to navigate, and I was able to find what I was looking for. I was a little surprised to find that they sell a lot of Calvin Klein clothes, since I expected them to have only their own name brand. I found some new clothes for myself as well as a Christmas gift for my wife. They offer free shipping on orders over $50, which was a nice perk of shopping on this site. They also offer free returns. I find this to be one of the most valuable benefits that an online clothes store can offer. Even when you choose your size, some brands and styles fit differently than others. I am always hesitant to buy clothes online if I am not sure how they will fit. But the option of free returns allowed me to make the purchase that I wanted to, knowing I could always return it if it didn't fit right. But the fit was good, and I had the opportunity to find a good deal on clothes that I wouldn't have tried if I didn't have the option of free returns.

Urban Outfitters website is great for finding unique gifts or clothes from their clothing line. I use Urban Outfitters to find random, unique gifts ranging from funny books, cards, artwork, and one of kind items, for example, a bacon bowl. I like checking the website periodically to see what new things they may have. I recently bought a beautiful light blue framed picture of hot air balloons in France. It is a bigger frame, so I was a little bit nervous with shipping it to my home. No problems, as it came fast and in great shape. I do think some things are overpriced, specifically their clothing line, but I am the type of person who will shovel out more money for a unique item rather then just a regular sweater I can get somewhere else for cheaper. Their sale items on their website are definitely worth looking into it. It's even better then in the store, as availability is always changing, but online there is so much more available, especially since some items are available online only and not found in stores.

Then, each category is further divided into topics, like tops, pants, swim, accessories - and on and on. The product selection on this website is enormous - UrbanOutfitters.com carries seriously just about any type of product you can imagine. While some of it is a bit pricey, you can also find good deals if you really look. The products have pretty big range in pricing - so just shop around! It's very clear, simple and easy to navigate - and you can easily be lost in space shopping on this website for hours. There is just so much! I am obsessed, I mean OBSESSED with urban outfitters. I am from southern California and I loved the relaxed, vintage inspired clothing they offer. I always grew up going to the stores which were very abundant where I lived. Then I moved to South Carolina where they do not have one within 2 hours of me. You get quality clothing without having to drain your entire savings. Customer Service Customer Service through the website it great. One time the site messed up and placed an order 3 times on my credit card. They were quick to fix everything and were so nice about it. I would give this site a perfect ''10'' in a heartbeat if the prices weren't quite so high. For trendy, modern, edgy clothing for teens and adults, this site is amazing. It also has an ''apartment'' section where you can find decor and other home items. Ease of Use This site has a simple layout. It is categorized by men, woman, etc. The products are displayed much larger than most sites which makes the item and price easier to see. Product Selection There are many pages of each item on this site. If you want a tank top, go to tank tops and there will be several pages with a great variety of colors, sizes and designs. Product Pricing After ordering a few items from this website, I realized the quality is great; the prices are just high. For what you pay, you DO get high quality. I have never seen them charge for shipping though, which is a money saver. Customer Service My last order came and I had the completely wrong item. (Note: This was the only time I ever had an issue when ordering from Urban Outfitters). I called customer service and spoke with a nice, helpful woman. She let me keep the wrong item, which was a pair of sunglasses, and the correct ones were shipped right away and arrived at my door step in only a few days.

I used to love browsing and shopping at the physical Urban Outfitters stores long before it became as mainstream and popular as it is now. However, I now prefer the online shopping experience of Urban Outfitter's website because you can peacefully browse through all the different items without being bombarded with teenagers Shopping on the website is much like any other typical retail store website. In my most shopping experience on the website, I utilized the free shipping with $50 purchase. There was no problems finding what I needed online and adding it to cart. I bought some unique decor items for my home along with some clothing and shoes. They have a huge selection of items online and the checkout process was also very quick and efficient. When I received my items, everything came together with no mistakes. Overall, the Urban Outfitters website has really great customer service and quick order fulfillment.

I am a big fan of Urban Outfitters. I shop in the stores as well as on their website. The website has a much larger selection than the stores do, and they have an excellent return policy, so I do quite a bit of shopping online at urbanoutfitters.com. Their website has a great layout, and it is easy to sort by category or do a search for whatever it is that you are looking for. They have a huge selection of sale items and you can sort by price. My favorite thing about this website, is that you can click on the different color options for a certain clothing item and it will change the photo. This is much easier than having to click on the item, wait for page to load, then click on the different color, view the photo, then go back to search results. It may sound insignificant, but this is a big factor for me when online shopping. I like a quick, efficient shopping experience and urbanoutfitters.com definitely provides that. Their shipping is reasonable and often free with a $50 purchase.

Urbanoutfitters.com is one of the reasons why I am doing less shopping in physical stores and more shopping online. It is a rather easy website to navigate and I find that all items are quite easy to find. Also, the items offered online are certainly more varied than the ones featured in stores. Not only are the descriptions helpful when selecting a particular item, but also the reviews written by other customers add a lot of insightful suggestions/thoughts when one wishes to find out more details about the product offered. Although products offered through this brand may not be as budget friendly as others, the website offers many sales throughout the year that make the purchasing of these goods worth it and more economically feasible. I also like how all the brands featured on the website are always good quality brands. The checkout process was easy and shipping was also quick and even arrived before the projected date.

I have always loved the style of Urban outfitters clothing and accessories! it's so laid back and effortless. I have never had the pleasure of having an Urban outfitters store anywhere near where I live though and did not own a lot of their clothing. I had never thought to shop for their items online though, until I received a gift certificate for their online store recently. I checked out their website and could not believe the hugs variety of items that they offered! Much more than any store would have I am sure. Even more mind boggling were the low prices I found. Granted, the regular priced items were still pretty speedy, but there were a ton of clearance items on sale for ridiculously low prices. I'm talking like ten dollars for awesome shirts, I bought about five of them right away. I also found a deal for free shipping on my order, so that combined with no tax that you would normally pay in the store, makes for a pretty awesome online shopping experience!

What I like about Urban Outfitters is you can get different items that you wouldn't normally find at other stores. For example they have cool stuff for your house that is one-of-a-kind. But sometimes the quality isn't exactly what I would expect. I feel like sometimes they may be a little overpriced for what they're selling. I bought some drapes for my house there that were pretty pricey, but the design was cool and fit well with the look I was going for. When they arrived, I felt like they were thin and not a super great quality. If I had seen them in the store I wouldn't have bought them. Some of the brands the Urban Outfitters sells are really great. Those brands you can't go wrong with their selection. But some of the things that they get because it is "alternative" it might not always be a super awesome quality. It's almost like the quality diminishes because it is trendy or because it's trying to be funny (kind of like how they will have shirts or house items that have different sayings). Their website is super easy to navigate through and you can find what you're looking for though.
