Up Review

Up is a great movie well worth paying the money to see in theaters, especially if you can see it in 3-D. Pixar truly does a wonderful job at creating this movie. Without giving the ending away, this comedy is about an old man Carl, who dreams all his life of a great adventure to South America. His method of transportation: his house. As a retired balloon salesman he has perfected the art of baloons and suspends his house by hunderds and hundreds of balloons. Carl then navigates his way to South America in search of his childhood dream destination. Carl may have intended to take this journey alone, however, a young child named Russel is along for the ride as he was on his trapped on Carl's front porch as the house was lifted by the balloons. The movie provides viewers with a great amount of laughs as well as moments that touch one's heart. The movie is colorful and engaging for audiences of all ages, whether it be a five year old or an adult--both will enjoy the movie!
