My family loves Up & Up Sport Sunscreen

5

My husband and I both agree that the spray sunscreen is best for our family especially for our kids. We use the Up & Up Sport Continuous Spray Sunscreen SPF 50+ sunscreen when we want to save a little bit of money. We not only use it on our kids we also use it on ourselves. I have very fair skin and constantly need to apply sunscreen when I'm in the sun or I will burn. We love this sunscreen and take it everywhere. We have several cans and keep one in our car, one at home and one in my purse. This sunscreen is easy to use, you just turn the cap to open it and spray. Once it's on it doesn't feel sticky or greasy on our skin. I would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting a quality sunscreen at a fraction of the cost. Scent Doesn't have a strong scent. Absorption Does a great job at absorbing into the skin and not leaving it feeling sticky or greasy. Longevity Lasts a great length of time before needing to reapply. Effectiveness Very effective at protecting my skin from sunburns and sun damage. Ease of Application Very easy to use, just turn the cap, spray on skin and rub in.

I tried up & up Sport Continuous Spary Sunscreen for the first time last summer. I had used Coppertone spray sunscreen in the past and thought that it might be good to try to save a little money and use the up & up brand instead. I should have invested the money in the Coppertone brand of products. My initial impression of this sunscreen was a good one. The sunscreen absorbed right into my skin and it did not stain my clothing when I accidentally sprayed a little bit on it. I felt my skin stating to burn after about two hours out in the sun and I had to reapply this sunscreen. I would have expected the protection from the sun's harsh rays to last a bit longer between applications. Longevity I find that up & up Sport Continuous Spary Sunscreen provides adequate coverage for the first couple of hours of use. If you forget to reapply it, your skin will likely burn. Effectiveness This spray sunscreen is effective for a couple of hours but certainly not all day long. Ease of Application The continuous spray feature is nice and provides adequate coverage.

Good but does not last long.

I bought this sunblock based on price alone. I lay by the pool most of the summer due to being a teacher. Therefore, I buy a lot of sunblock. Sunblock can be expensive and this one was priced really well. Therefore, I bought it. However, after using it, I could see why it was priced the way it was. The quality of this sunscreen is not as good as others. I had to reapply frequently. It also ran out incredibly fast. I believe this one bottle lasted me only about two days. I was not happy after using it. I will not be purchasing this brand of sunscreen again. It makes more sense to pay the higher price for another brand. It will last longer. Scent It smells good. It smells like a typical sunscreen. Absorption It does absorb well. It just feels different than other sprays. It is not as high in quality. Longevity It does not last long. You have to reapply frequently. Effectiveness It protects you if you reapply frequently. Ease of Application It is not hard to apply.

One, And ONLY, Time I've Gotten Burned!

I'm not sure if I just got a bad batch of this sunscreen or if it's always this bad, but using this Up & Up (Target store brand) Continuous Spray SPF 50 resulted in my first, and ONLY, sunburn. Seriously, I'm 21 years old and I've only gotten a sunburn ONCE. I spent my childhood laying on the beach with absolutely no sunscreen, and I never had a problem. I used this product last summer, and I had a peeling sunburn for what seemed like forever! It was the worst Florida vacation I've ever had. I followed the product instructions perfectly. I applied it about 20 minutes before I got to the beach, and then reapplied every time I got out of the water. Somehow I still got burned. I definitely do NOT recommend this product to anyone! Scent It smells like sunscreen. Nothing special. Absorption Absorbed quickly. Effectiveness NOT effective at all!!!!! Ease of Application The spray was pretty easy to apply. I still needed some help getting it to cover my back, but it wasn't too difficult.

I was very impressed with Target's Up & Up brand sunscreen. It's costs considerably less than the typical brand-name sunscreen, and it works just as well. The spray can be a little messy and somewhat sticky, but it's comparable to every other spray I've used. I've never had a sunburn from using this spray-- it's very effective! Scent The scent isn't very overpowering. It smells like...sunscreen. Aim the spray away from your face though. The vapors are overpowering! Absorption It absorbs into my skin with ease. It doesn't leave clumps of sunscreen behind.. It sprays out in a nice and even coat. Longevity I can get away with a couple of applications during one visit to the pool. I have fair skin, and I've never had a problem with the longevity. Effectiveness I have very fair skin, and this brand has protected my skin from burns 100% of the time. I've never had a problem with the application or effectiveness of the UV protection. Ease of Application The bottle is very easy to use and sprays out a nice and consistent stream of spray. It doesn't clump up or spray uneven.

Easy to use, great coverage sunscreen

Target's "Up and Up" brand sunscreen was a great purchase, and one that I will definitely make again.  I was recently traveling with my husband in the Caribbean, and as we are both fairly pale, we were worried about getting sunburnt in the hot, late-summer, tropical sun.  I had always used cream sunscreens in the past, but decided to try a spray-on for the trip, thinking it would be easy to apply on the go, and when we were on the beach.  I am happy to say that my thoughts were correct!  It was great to apply on the beach and to take with us and apply.  The coverage was excellent, and we did not get at all burnt while using it.  The spray was very easy to apply, non-greasy, and dried extremely quickly.  The only negative for us was that it was gone very quickly, and because of it being in a spray, we didn't really know when it was going to run out.  If it came in a larger container, I would definitely buy a bigger one.  Overall a great product, I will be using it next summer for sure!
