I completed both Associate and Bachelor's of Science in Information Tech here. The convenience was awesome. Did have issues with the team assignments, because I hate relying on other people for a decent grade. My biggest problem was with 'participation' in my courses. You get graded on how much you post and are required to interact with your classmates or it will hurt your grade. I can understand why they do this but, for me, it was horrible. Most the people in my classes were pretty dumb, (adult learners) and didn't really post anything I could have a decent conversation with them about and I wasn't getting points for posting responses to myself. Yes, this school requires a lot of papers, but that I didn't mind. All and all I had a couple of really bad teachers, but not more then a handful. One guy was determined to fail me and not very helpful. Advisors change pretty regularly here, but not as bad as some other places. I maybe had new people 3 times in the 4 years. Also, you will have immense issues with dropping a class or withdrawing. They won't do it unless you pay them hundreds of dollars the day they drop it from your schedule so you're kinda stuck with staying in. Anyways, I'm done, and I'm happy! A lot of people talk trash about online college, but my employer didn't seem to care. Take it for what it's worth!
