While this school states it is for everyone i must say that it is anything but. The classes are extremely expensive and the staff is anything but organized. During my stay w/ the university i was ripped off for $6,000 ( which i am in a dispute over and seeking legal advise) and also had to pay about $10,000 for about 6 months of education. In this school you have WAY more to do then at any other on-line school with the same accreditation. The work load is insane. Let me show you
-attendance- you must "log in" at least 4x a week and respond to two- three posts ( in 250-350 words with references)
-participation- (which is counted separate) you must do the above stated again ( so in total you must log on at least 8x a week
-work- you have individual papers due every other week that are in APA format, 1500-2500 words w/ references and must provided an - outline and references by Day 4 in week 1
-team work- you have to form a team roster, track all meeting individually, log communication / chat in the team room, and have two team projects/ papers do in the off weeks including power point presentations (also in APA, 2500-3500 words at least 10-16 pages)
-tech problems- if you crash or have any problems you are not granted any form of extension- the schools response you should have turned it in early
-reading- you have at least 2 books a semester ( at max that are to be read in total from cover to cover in 5 weeks)
have you been turned off yet?? I would have to recommend two other schools who are HALF of this and just as good and not as aggravating. Western International University , and Ashford University. THEY ARE GREAT!!. They are helpfull, they know how to organize money and not steal from you, and the counselors actually do that.
