I did my Masters with UOP and was skeptical at first, however, once I got started, I realized that this was for me. I love working independently and didn't have the time to sit in a classroom after working all day. For me, coming home and spending each night online fit my lifestyle. My wife was extremely supportive during the 2 years I spent online and more or less left me alone to do the papers and participate every night in classroom discussions.
The payoff? I would not have the job I currently have if it weren't for UOP and the program that was available. My job required a Masters in Education and it was perfect timing!
Attending UOP online did not go without any issues however. There were 2 instructors I had a problem with and withdrew from their classes, enrolling into another class and getting a better grade. I will tell you that doing your Masters this way was NOT an easy A in any way. You definitely have to earn it. I did not get A's in every class and did not get a perfect 4.00 average. I think it was 3.68 which was still great for me.
I highly recommend it if you are diligent and VERY organized. The coursework will at times overwhelm you if you're not organized and determined to complete the program.
