University of Phoenix - Criminal Justice Review

i have been out of school for a long time and wanted and needed a career  changed, i decided to do some checking out about courses on-line and phoenix university  was the first one to call me back and explain the courses and what i needed to do toget started there was no pushy counselor, just ready to take me in without answering all of questions and reassure me that the university would be there all the way until i graduated. i even made a mistake filling out my financial application my financial counselor called me back right away and helped me to fill it out so that i could start when the next classes begin. she also told me that i could get in-touch with her anytime about anything i needed to discuss with her. i was a little leery about starting school over again, but after speaking with her i felt so much better. she stayed on the line with me when i neede help filling out my forms. i told her i did a lot of research before taking this course and she stated that she wish more students did that as well not only did it make her job easier but also showed that i was interested in the university of phoenix as well. rather she wanted to or not i did not feel anyway that i was bothering her at all. great customer service skills
