University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill —
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is a fantastic school. It has a beautiful campus, and there is a great community atmosphere. The graduate school programs are high ranking. Tuition is a decent price (because it is a public school). Overall, I highly recommend this university. Note: My experience there was as a grad student, but I had many friends who had also attended undergrad there and loved it (which is probably why they stayed for grad school!).
