I went to Mizzou for 4 years, and loved every second. I first declared a Psychology major, and changed 7 times in 5 semesters. One great thing about Mizzou is that it is easy to change majors and very easy to earn minors.
This campus is incredibly diverse, mostly due to the Journalism school. It is very easy to get involved and to feel like a part of the community. Just about every organization and social group is represented at Mizzou. In addition, about 25% of the campus is Greek.
The class sizes for gen. ed. courses can get big (200-400), but once you have started your "major" classes, the class sizes drop to between 15-30. A definate plus is that most of the professors and TA's are interested in student success. They are almost always happy to help in any way possible.
New dorms were built in 2004, 2006, and some are currently under construction. In addition, a brand new dining center was added in 2004. Mizzou is really actively trying to make life better (and easier) for its students.
