Wonderful university that is in a good location. Good size. The surrounding city is large enough to support whatever you may need - grocery stores, strip malls, enclosed malls, movie theatres, restaurants, and well kept parks. Nice area (minus the farm smell on the South side of campus) with very little crime. The campus is kept up really nice with lots of trees and other types of flora and fauna. Great Atmospheric Sciences program to boot! Going on to pursue my PhD from ths department because I like it so much! Came to UIUC from a small university and like ths one a lot!
