read full review »The University of California in Davis is a great school. If you want to go to a great school where people are there to learn then it is perfect for you. The science departments tend to be all asian, which makes the town and students mainly asian. There is also a great Greek Life. This may be because of the fact that around davis there is not too much to do. Tahoe is close by, about 2-3 hours away. This is great for the weekend snow trip. There are also a outlit malls near by. The town is small but cute and safe, while the school is educationaly great.
