Insurance companies are easy prey to being hated. I don't want to jump on the bandwagon. However, I think United Healthcare could deserve it.
United Healthcare refused to pay my doctor because there was a problem and the doctor was not able to bill them until just past 90 days. United Healthcare claimed that was too old and refused to pay. In contrast, the doctor tells me that Medicare allows them to bill for up to 1 year, which is more reasonable.

read full review »United Health care insurance is provided through AARP and we cancelled our insurance and have gone to Blue Cross & Blue Shield. Every year United Health care increases your premium and with the Prescription Part D they would also raise the co pay you had to pay with your prescription. Personnally, I do not believe any insurance company should endorse any government bills and AARP did endorse the Health Care Bill. read full review »United Healthcare is a complete rip-off. They will do anything to avoid paying a claim and their "customer service" reps are incredibly rude. Avoid this company like the plague!
