United First Financial (UFirst) Review Summary

Many big name mortgage lenders exist but United First Financial isn’t one of them. This mortgage company doesn’t have the popular name like Countrywide, Bank of America, or Chase, but it does have some good things to offer the concerned home buyer according to reviewers, such as the ability to pay off your home mortgage more quickly by setting up a bi-weekly payment instead of a monthly payment. “Pay Off Your Home Mortgage Quicker” says one reviewer who likes this program. However, others point out the shortfalls with United First Financial like its tendency to rope consumers into accepting a new loan at a higher rate of interest and then make them think they are getting a great deal by paying the mortgage back bi- weekly. “Save Your Money”, says one dissastisfied reviewer who also points out the hidden fees among the reasons not to use this service. Add everything up and United First Financial ranks as a below averageMortgage Lending Company

You hear the commercials on the radio about paying off your mortgage in half the time. Those are usually very easy programs where you pay half your mortgage payment twice a month, rather than all at once during the month. That will save you an incredible amount of interest. Also paying a little extra...

This is a big rip off.  They charge you a lot for a software program that tells you when to borrow money from a higher interest rate Home Equity loan to pay off your low interest mortgage.  The sample they used on me showed the person with $1000 left over each month after paying his bills.  The vast... review »

Casinos are not built by paying off gamblers.  The same principle applies to financial services.  Every penny that you spend on this product is one less that could be applied to paying off your mortage early.
