No communication on cause of delays. 2 hrs of waiting on the plane, not knowing what the hold-up is due to. Missed connection flight, and no compensation provided! United didn't even provide a meal voucher for the evening's dinner! Such poor service is the reason why so many airlines are going bankrupt, while more personable, customer-oriented airlines are making profits!
