    no food, long layovers, too expensive for no service, no award tickets available, No leg room in regular economy

United Airlines — 

I have only flown United when no one else is going where i need to be.  they are the most expensive carrier.  The west coast "premium" service is anything but.   A fancier blanket and a pliiow are not to be considered "Premium".  No food   no drinks, and an entertainment system circa 1985.    West coast flights usually exceed $700, when AA Delta are less and JetBlue is about a third.   Not worthy of consideration anymore.
