poor customer service, lack of communication, no food, No leg room in regular economy, long layovers, chaos

United Airlines —
My boyfriend and I took a weekend trip to see my parents, flying United. I fly United serveral times a year, 10+. I fly United because it's the only major airline that flies into this particular airport, however I would never by choice fly with them. They have horrible customer service, no one is willing to help and make you feel like you're a burden, flights are always late and now they want to charge you to take things with you! At christmas, I was traveling with a pet...I asked 3 agents whether he had made it on the plane or not, no one could answer my question or even tried to find someone who could. I worried the whole flight that my 3 month old puppy was going to spend the night in Denver alone. All airlines are jacking around and need to pull it together, but United is the worst.
