United Airlines Review

United is a very consistent airline; they are generally on time, their prices are usually 2nd or third cheapest, and they have fairly decent customer service.

Their mileage plus frequent flyer program, while hard to earn miles, is fairly good, and it is not extremely difficult to earn a free flight (I've earned one before); also, they are with the Star Alliance, so flights with any other Star Alliance team airline can also have their miles credited to your account.

Ordering online with them is also easy; however they do not fly to many locations.
