I COULD believe this stuff wasn't butter.  First of all, if I took butter out of the fridge there would be no way I could spread it on a slice of bread without making the bread look like it has been thru a meat grinder.  Cold butter is just too hard to spread.  ICBINB spreads extremely easy right out of the tub.

Also, try keeping butter tasting the same over a weeks time.  The flavor changes are quite interesting to say the least.  ICBINB tastes pretty much the same from first to last spread.

I would recommend this product for those who are looking for a great tasting spread, that can stay fresh in the fridge over an extended time.
