Looks can be deceiving

very disappointed with this phone
Pros

    nice message-waiting indicator, speakerphone capability

Cons
    no headset jack, unable to format caller id

This phone looks great, but once using I find that it is not as good as it looks.  My old phone had the ability to take a call from the caller id log and format for redialing purposes.  This one won't let you do that.  Now I have to find the number in caller id, write it down, then dial it.  Sounds like an easy thing but so much nicer when you can push a button and the work is done for you.  The screen is hard to read as well.  Nice that there are lots of hand sets to add.
