Recently I discovered a unique website. It was keyed to honeymoons but what I discovered is they have a whole different outlook on what to do to make memories. I called them to see what they had to offer someone getting married and was so impressed that I ask about anniversary trips. WOW -They will work with budgets, short on planning time - and they have a working knowledge of what is required to travel in other countries. You have questions, they have answers. Ease of Use These folks are really down to planet earth and understand there are all kinds of budgets and they are willing to do/make suggestion that are helpful and will keep you in budget. They are all about having a memory making trip and one that fits your budget. Features They have so much to offer and it such a unique service but what I liked is that they make suggestions that are within your budget. Customer Service They work hard to help you create memories and I was surprised that they offer so many money saving ideas.

After my husband and I got married we didn't have the money to plan a nice honeymoon. We decided to put our honeymoon on hold and save a little so we could take a memorable trip. In 2009 we decided it was time to make arrangements for the honeymoon we so badly needed. A friend of mine had suggested using UnforgettableHoneymoons.com since they had used them for their honeymoon arrangements and had a wonderful experience. I will admit that I prefer to make my own arrangements but she insisted that these guys can work magic with getting us the right deal for our money. I decided to at least check into it and weigh my options. The first call I was assigned an agent who would guide me through the process every step of the way. I found this to be a huge plus, not having to speak to a different person each time I called. The first consultation lasted roughly 45 minutes. She spent this time getting to know our budget, the type of interests we had, so that we could narrow down a destination. At the end of the consultation I was impressed with the level of detail my agent was showing and she really sounded knowledgeable in planning our honeymoon for us. We narrowed the destination down to 2 places, since we were on somewhat of a budget, it was suggested that we would get the most out of our money in Hawaii, which sounded great to us. Following the consultation we were emailed hotel options, all honeymoon packages, and upgrades that would've cost us a lot more if we had booked ourself. Throughout the planning, our agent kept us informed on every detail by email and phone. Usually I find it hard to give control over to another person when it comes to planning a trip but in this case I felt like the agents for UnforgettableHoneymoons.com, at least my agent was very competent in every detail in planning a romantic honeymoon for couples. She took care of the airline, hotel and even suggested a rental car so we could take advantage of traveling outside of the resort, which in the end was a great idea because we enjoyed out trip so much more. Right before we were to leave for our trip we were mailed coupons to use on the trip to save money. She also sent us a fact sheet about the location we were visiting, so we could become familiar with the area, and we actually used it a few times while on the trip. Let me just say this was the smoothest travel I have ever experienced, I was so impressed with how stress free our honeymoon was because every detail was paid close attention to. I felt like I had someone holding my hand the whole way through the planning process, and my husband and I had the most relaxing time. I highly recommend this company and think it's one of the best.

My husband and I tried to use this website before we got married. We were looking for a great honeymoon location and wanted to research our options. This website does have some positives to it. It certainly can give you a lot of options and information on different locations. However, it gives so much information it is hard to process it all. Rather than just giving the highlights, it gives you paragraphs of information to read. Some people may like that but I found that it overwhelmed me. I also found that I got a similar price going through a travel agent. Therefore, I do not think this website gives you great deals. I would not recommend using it unless you want to search through a lot of information. Ease of Use It is not hard to search but it is hard to sort through everything you get after you search. Features It definitely has some good features. You can research multiple locations to visit and multiple resorts. You can search based on where you would like to go. Customer Service I never had any problems with customer service.

I love this site! Unforgettablehoneymoons.com is a great site whether you are looking for a place to go on your honeymoon, anniversary or just a special getaway. I love the places they recommend here. They have everything from Hawaii, Jamaica, Caribbean, Mexico to Europe, Greece, Tahiti, Fiji and many more. They are beautiful pictures of each place so you can get a good image of where you will be going and what they have to offer. They have great offers you browse through and see what is within your budget and range and what you are most interested in. I like that it gives you the offer of starting a honeymoon registry or a gift. There are several options to choose from. They also give you honeymoon tips to make the most of it and get a great experience. The site is easy to get around and offers more than enough information for each destination. I will definitely be using this sometime in the future for a special anniversary.

Fellow brides on theknot.com had mentioned this site so I decided to check it out when my husband and I were planning our honeymoon. I found the layout to be cumbersome and difficult to use. I am also a former newspaper editor so the overuse of apostrophes and commas drives me crazy and this site is full of that. For example, they brag that they feature "handpicked" hotels. Does this mean they use a computer? I know they are trying to emphasize the word but to me that type of text on a website lowers my perception of their professionalism and expertise. The page itself provides general ideas of some of the tour packages that they offer along with the option to request a quote. We had particular plans in mind (Wednesday audience with the Pope) so we needed something custom. I filled out the request form and didn't receive a response. So I filled it out a second time and got a response about three days later. It didn't instill much confidence that I would have a well planned trip (or be able to reach them if something went wrong during the trip) so I ended up just looking at the information on their site and provided and using another service to book our trip. I also find honeymoon registries tacky and this site promotes them in several places. Ease of Use It is fairly easy to use once you find the right area to look for the information you are seeking. The site layout makes it difficult to get right to the place you need to be. Features They offer less features then most of the other major travel sites out there. Customer Service Taking several days to acknowledge a request and provide a response is not the way to win customers.

If you are getting married soon or missed out on your honeymoon when you did get married, unforgettablehoneymoons.com is a great site for planning your honeymoon and it gives you a lot of inspiration. So even if you're just exploring your options of where to travel to, this site has a lot of honeymoon packages on their site that you might not have known about prior to going to the site. I was married last year and my husband and I didn't immediately get to go on our honeymoon. But a few months ago the opportunity came up and I used UnforgettableHoneymoons.com to plan our honeymoon. The site has so many customized vacation packages and we ended up choosing a different location than what we had originally planned because this site had better search results. Ease of Use I do think the site is a bit overcrowded, especially the home page. But I guess that's necessary to draw customers in. Features I love how you can sign up for weekly specials to be delivered to you email address. They also have a honeymoon DVD that you can purchase, which was featured on Dr. Phil show. Customer Service They provide you with a phone number and also the option to email them for additional information or questions. The site says you can call the number 24/7, which is very convenient.

I emailed them about a honeymoon package and received a confirmation email stating that they would contact me as soon a possible. It was three days before I heard back from anyone. Then, I was told to figure out which resort I wanted to stay at and let them know. I had told them what I was looking for and thought part of their job was to find the right resort for me. After spending days researching all the possible hotels/packages, etc, I figured out which resort I wanted to stay at. I let them know and they looked up flights for the dates I specified. When they gave me the quote, I couldn't believe how much it was! I told them I found cheaper prices on Priceline and was told they had access to all the same sites but if I found a cheaper flight, please let them know and they would book it. So I did all the research for that as well. I found flights for $558 roundtrip, per person. (They had quoted me over $1000 per person.) when I emailed them the quote, they asked for the flight numbers because they suspected the flights were forced overnights (they weren't). Once I sent the flight info to them, they admitted the prices were cheaper than theirs but that they couldn't find any at the $558 price I had seen. (this was because, by now, a couple days had passed and those tickets had been bought). It was now several days since my initial contact w them and we settled one a $668 flight (again that I found). By now the resort I wanted to stay at was booked, so I did more research and found another one that my husband and I liked. The agent at Unforgettable Honeymoons said that flight costs were rising each day so I'd need to book my vacation soon. She also told me I'd have to pay for the entire trip in full since it was within 30 days. When I told her I only had about half that until our tax refund came in, she told me I'd have to wait until I could pay the whole thing (almost $5000) to book the trip. Well, by then the hotel would probably be booked and flights would be more expensive, so you know what I did? Called the hotel a made a 50% deposit to reserve the room and went to Priceline.com and booked my flight. (I found another $558 flight by changing the departure date from Fri to Thurs- Thurs being a less busy travel day, thus cheaper). All in all, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service at Unforgettable Honeymoons. I had to do all the work myself, and found better rates on my own; and I did not have to pay $5000 all at once to do it. The package they offered, which I thought I could only get thru them, was offered directly to me by the hotel. The hotel also arranged airport transfers for us. So what was I paying Unforgettable Honeymoons for? Beats me! My advice to anyone who wants it: plan your trip yourself or find a travel agency who actually does the work for you.

So when it was time for my husband and I to plan our honeymoon, we didn't have a lot of resources financially.  We were paying for that all on our own.  Also, we were both working and didn't have a lot of time for planning.  I was able to call Unforgettable Honeymoons and speak with a real person who was very friendly and willing to help.  I gave her all of the details about where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do.  I let her know our budget and about how long we would be able to be gone.  I received an e-mail back with all of our options.  My husband and I chose the one we thought would be best.  The hotel (all inclusive resort), flight and all car rentals were all done by U.H. and sent to us by mail in a handy travel case and best of all, the price for the agency was figured in and there were no  hidden costs to deal with.  We had the best trip and plan to use them in the future for anniversary trips!! I can't say enough good things about this site!

best web site out there for honeymoons and I would say they are definitly better than the average agency out there that just spurts out rates, they do seem to know alot more about the details of hotels and resorts in the top places.        for price, I felt they were in the same ballpark as most, but had a free upgrade that nobody else had.  they never asked for a fee upfront, and I did a down payment then paid in full later.   most of our honeymoon was paid through their honeymoon registry service .the ONLY downside is that they are hard to get a hold of and thats maybe because so many people are calling them for advice.  it took the gal 2 days to return my call, but she did apologize and its all good.  I guess if they called back right away and kept calling me i would worry they were desparate for my business,  and I hate it when sales people keep bugging me and they did not do that.

**Unforgettable Honeymoons was terrific,**  but a little hard to get a hold of (their phone was busy a lot)  but well worth it once we connected with the agent who helped us.  Unforgettable Honeymoons was a pleasant experience and our agent spent a lot of time on the phone with us helping us plan and pin point the best options.   .
