I my gno has perscibed for preriods cramps. Itaking mortin or advil any othere ones did not help at alll this is good helps  alot, with the pains i get. and stiffness i get in my legs. since i get the sleepy side effect aslo take it when i get head aches, but that medicnes gives headaches. so I watch how much i take,
