Ulta Redken —
I am new to the Charlotte area and was in desperate need to get my hair colored (gray coverage) after asking in 3 hair salons I stumbled into Ulta in Rea Rd & Ballantynes common pkwy. I was there for approximatelly 2 hours. The gentleman who was did my hair (Manny) 1) did not know how to blow dry it. 2)once he finished drying it, my hair looked like if I placed my fingers in a electric plug. I even had to tame it down myself in his presense with flat iron. And last but not least, my gray did not get cover. Ladies please do yourselves a favor and do not go to this place. I was so dissapointed of spending my money and time there on a day I wanted to cry. I had gone because I wanted to be pampered without having to do it myself. Lesson learned.
