For several years I used a much more expensive name brand mineral make-up, and I loved it, but eventually I found my budget could no longer handle it. I tried several other brands hoping to find something more affordable, but the colors were always way off for me. I was a fan of Ultas mineral make-up from the first time I used it. In performance it is very similar to the name brand I had used before, except that it does not have the SPF, however, I just make sure I use a moisturizer underneath with SPF. The most wonderful thing is that i found a color that worked for my skin tone. I have had several compliments on how well it blends with my skin tone, and makes it appear as if I am not wearing anything at all, and that is kind of the goal. I do usually have to reapply if I want to maintain a professional look all day, but just one touch up usually will do the trick. It helps if I use a finishing powder on top when I finish my make-up routine.
