    choose matte or shimmery, don't crease, inexpensive, long wearing, 84 shades

You know, it doesn't matter whether Ulta eye shadow isn't high-end, its high quality. I get a great product for my money.  Thank goodness I live by an Ulta store, I'd be dead lol. I have practicly all the colors, I can mix and match them with any outfit I buy.  They are wonderfully beautiful shades that don't irritate my skin and exaggerates my eye color. I love it!
