These Uggs are perfect to wear if you live where you don't get much snow, but it's still pretty chilly out during the fall/winter. Uggs can be worn with or without socks, depending on how much warmth you need. The sheepskin lining forms right to your foot making them the most comfortable boot/slipper you will ever own! Tip: order smaller than normal size because they stretch out a little after a few days. The shortie length is perfect to block the cold from your calves and shins under pants and look great with jeans/pants tucked in them too. The only downside to these Ugg boots is the outside suede material easily gets damaged by water from snow or rain, even if treated with a waterproofing spray.
