At first I thought Ugg was a nickname for Ugly. I think these boots are quite funny looking. However, I was given a pair for Christmas (by someone who ignores my tastes) and I grudgingly decided to wear them for the Western Michigan winter. I am happy that I did.
They keep my feet very warm, and they are very comfortable. I know that they were trendy and fashion forward (perhaps about 5 or more years ago) but they are also excellent snow boots.
If my neck and feet are warm, then I am happy. My Ugg boots make me happy.

Okay, so you've heard the hype about Ugg boots, but are they really worth shelling out $200+ ? Umm, yes, and here's why: 1) They're warm. My feet never get cold in Ugg boots, even when the temperature dips below freezing. 2) They're adorable. That might not sound very important, but if you've ever done a google search for women's winter boots, you'll know that most of them look kind of like those orthopedic support boots for broken feet. 3) They're comfy. Really comfy. Like walking around all day in your favorite pair of soft fleecy slippers. 4) They come in your size. I have the hardest...

Ugg boots and slippers (which are really clogs) are great. They do cost a bit but they are perfect for kids and adults.
My girls hate wearing boots on a cold day ect, but Uggs they will wear. They are easy on and easy off and always look great.
I love mine because they are so comfortable. They look stylish, dress up any outfit. I can put them on quick when it's time to run to the store or walk the dog.
I highly recommend them.

I own one pair of the classic tall boots, and 1 pair of the crocheted short boots, and 2 pair of the tall cardy's with the buttons. I can't say enough for these boots - you can dress them up OR down and with anything, although I prefer leggings or jeans. These are a great investment!!
