Seriously, how can something so good be safe? You can't even tell it is missing the gluten! The counterpart bindings are awesome. I pop them in my toaster oven to warm them up and then add a notch to put in a touch of real butter. These make for excellent breakfast, brunch, lunch, snack, whatever you want! And they are large enough that you can share with a family or friend (if you really want to!).
