I have been trying for over a month to set up "click and ship, bill me later business" for my company. I have had nothing but problems, and they still say I am not registerd! I have called, and get no results. They need to make the "bill me later business" side of this an easier process. BTW, If I am not a "registered" user, how can I have this bill?

Gave up trying in PA! I will take it to the post office.

It is unfortunate that Patti had difficulty dealing with the USPS telephone customer support, and never even got the chance to use the Click-N-Ship software and services, which are awesome.
