The interest rate is always fair, given that I have good credit the company rewards me as such.
Most important, the company is honest and does not play the "change the payment due date" game that companies such as Citibank have attempted with me in the recent past.
In this day and age of unscrupulous downright evil financial institutions bringing our economy to its knee's, I am glad to be a customer of one of the few decent financial institutions out there, USAA.
