This is the best credit card I have ever owned! USAA does not charge annual fees, redemption fees, or over-the-limit fees. Their rates are much more competitive than typical credit cards.
If your account becomes two payments past due, the Delinquency APR will begin to apply to all unpaid balances and any Introductory or Special APRs will terminate beginning on the first day of the billing period following the first missed payment. However, the Delinquency APR will ONLY continue until you have made three consecutive Minimum Payments on time, after which the regular non-delinquency, non-Introductory APRs will apply, so you are not stuck in a higher interest rate forever, like with a lot of credit cards.
The rewards are flexible: you can choose from up to 1.25% cash rebates, which are credited every January, or earn 1 point for every $1 and redeem points any time for a variety of reward options (Cash rebates or charitable donations benefit, Gift cards from retailers and restaurants, Brand-name merchandise, Airline discounts with no blackout dates).
If you have a USAA checking or savings account, you can do cash advances into it from the credit card at the same rate as purchases.
If you are looking to save money on interest and fees, as well as receive rewards for your purchases, this card is the way to go!
