    always, friendly helpful customer service

While I agree, as do several investment ratings as well, USAA has MAJOR creditworthiness qualifications. We've had (and love) their insurances for over a decade...but despite this, they wouldn't give me a card for a pint of my blood! Good Luck if you're under 730 beacon
