    friendly helpful customer service, flexible reward points or cash rebates., earn rewards, Great customer service, cash advance, purchase rate can be same., They are extremely helpful!, Easy online banking, Customer service is easy/nice to talk to, Free online payment-applied immediately, no annual or hidden fees., no over-the-limit fee., Everything is easy to access online, Easy to work with, rewards never expire.

Cons
    Variable APR has a minimum, must be USAA eligible member to apply.

USAA has been there to help me with any problem I have had.  No fees, no surprises, even cash advances are free if you send them to your USAA bank account (and no super high interest rate on them either).  It's easy to set up my card to go overseas and maintain top notch fraud protection.  Nicest customer service people ever.

My only complaint was that my variable interest rate was apparently hovering too low and they smacked a minimum on it where it was at the time.  Not that I ever pay interest, but it was the potential that annoyed me.

I don't bank anywhere else.
