    Customer service is easy/nice to talk to, earn rewards, They are extremely helpful!, Easy online banking, Easy to work with, friendly helpful customer service, flexible reward points or cash rebates., competitive rates as low as prime.

Cons

Although I'm not a big fan of credit cards in general, USAA offers a great deal. They pay cash back rewards which has been a real help at times when we've been short on a payment. They also just lowered our interest rate yesterday after we asked them to. It wasn't that bad in the first place, but they dropped it by two points to 8.9 percent. We use a lot of the USAA services including banking, insurance and loans and I have to say they are a great business for being so big. I can get a live person quickly on the phone just by saying the word "representative" to the voice activated answering service. They are extremely helpful and really have helped us out a huge amount.

Just got my USAA credit card, and where I used to have to fight to get $1500 credit line, they gave me $9000. I immediately transferred $3000 in a balance transfer. They are a 5 star company.
