We have/had been with USAA for 29 years about a year ago our insurance lapsed because I lost track of the bill... What a very stupid thing to do my mistake and I freely admit it! When we called USAA to reinstate our auto insurance they refused to re-issue our insurance based on a Chapter 13 wage earner plan my husband had been under 15 years prior....
