This isn't a business that's out to take advantage of you or your money. Yes, they are still a financial institution, but the treatment that I have received here is superior to every other place I've done business with. I have banking, home and auto insurance with USAA and am happy with all their products and services even after having to file a few claims; something's got to be said for that. My only complaint is that transfers between my account here and other institutions don't process as quickly as I'd like them to on the receiving end, but that isn't anything USAA can do anything about I don't...
