USAA Banking and Insurance — 

Usaa gives great savings to military members/spouses/affiliates. This is the cheapest by far, they are quick to help answer any questions, and super quick for anything! When getting reimbursed for hail damage to bleach stains on your carpet, they are quick and give you reimbursement!
