Love USAA for csr svc, but a bit cheap on repair cost refunds.

    fantastic customer service, excellent customer service, easy, never give me a hard time, great online tools, caring people, fast service

    Cheap with claims, You must be eligible

I love USAA.  They have amazing customer service.  We use them for all our financial needs - insurance, mortgage, car loans.  They are a bit cheap when it comes to what they pay for claims.  I guess that's how they keep the premiums so low.
