USAA Banking and Insurance Review

I have had USAA insurance since I first began driving approximately 22 years ago. I have never had a problem when making a claim, auto or homeowners, and have been treated with dignity and respect by every person I have ever dealt with at USAA. For example, earlier this year my car was hit in the middle of the night causing a lot of damage to the side and back end. I contacted USAA to make a claim under my policy as I did not know who the driver was that hit me. I was immediately given information on what shop to take my car to and advised I could have a rental car (my car was considered illegal to drive as the taillights were knocked off).

After making the claim, I eventually found out who the gentleman was who hit my car. I was having a lot of difficulty trying to get his insurance company to take over what was already started with USAA (they accepted liability) and the shop and car rental company were getting too confused. This was becoming such a mess that my USAA adjuster advised me that he would simply take care of paying for everything and then get the other insurance to pay them back so I did not have to continue dealing with all of this. He was wonderful and I was so appreciative of the excellent customer service. This is typical customer service that I have received from this company.
