i love that you can do many things at just one bank.

fantastic customer service, goes the extra mile, never push on additional services, excellent customer service, never give me a hard time, easy, great online tools, has many services at one place, caring people, fast service

not available to everyone, You must be eligible, no local office

they are reliable and dont make too much money off you. you can get free financial advice and at the end of the year you can get a dividend check. they give you a lot of perks at no extra charge. every six months the rate goes down because we are safe drivers. the only thing i dont like is that in some states they count the husband and wife separately. so if one person gets too many accidents and tickets they say that person has too get a different insurance, but the other person can stay with them. in other states its different. they count the couple as one person. if you use their bank too, they will just take the money out of your account each month whatever date you decide. i like that they send people out to your house to fix rock chips, but i dont like the lack of communication between usaa and the repair company.
