    excellent customer service, easy, never give me a hard time, great online tools, caring people, fast service

Although it is a select membership (need a connection with the Armed Forces), it is worth every penny if you can sign-up. I have my car loan, homeowners insurance as well as auto with them and I have complete piece of mind. They even cover services now like AAA (roadside, trip planning, rental car discounts) so after many years of being a AAA member, I let my membership go.
