    great online tools, caring people, fast service, fantastic customer service, goes the extra mile, never push on additional services, excellent customer service, never give me a hard time, easy

   I was hit by a man that ran a red light, while I and another car were in the middle of the intersection. He t-boned a girl in a brand new Dodge Ram and I t-boned him. It was awful. I called USAA and that same day they sent a rep to my school (I was in college then) to take a look at my car. It just so happened that he also had USAA (WHAT A RELIEF!), and within a week I had a new car. I have looked into other companies but none can offer me the great coverage and benefits that USAA has. Not to mention banking, investments, savings for my children, and many many more services that they offer. You just CAN'T beat USAA. I wouldn't trust any other company.
