Been a member since 1974 and the company never stops amazing me.  I lost my wedding ring when i got frostbite on my hands in Colorado.  While chatting with a company rep about the weather, me freezing in Colorado and him sweating in Texas, I happened to tell my ring story.  The next week, I got a check; my homeowners covered my ring.  I was shocked.
