USAA Banking and Insurance —
I have been a USAA Member for over 10 years now and I absolutely love them for just about everything. You have to be a veteran or the child/spouse of a veteran or member to join and they don't have local offices unless you happen to live in San Antonio, but those are the ONLY drawbacks. And they make up for the lack of local offices by reimbursing your ATM fees. They have lower fees than any other bank I have ever used. Their insurance premiums are also lower to start with and then you get a portion of your premium back at the end of the year if they make a profit. Their customer service is amazing, I have never had a complaint with them. Ever. If you are eligible to join I would strongly urge you to do so.
